As Thanksgiving approaches, Gladwin Intermediate Peer 2 Peer students are thankful for "minds" of all kinds. Third-grade students enjoyed coloring their own "brains," and fourth and fifth-graders interviewed each other to color their partner's "brain." Through these activities, students learned about each other's similarities and differences and grew their understanding that all brains think and learn differently. They discovered that all brains are unique and how much can be learned from appreciating each other's differences. The group also had a special moment when a brave neurodiverse student shared his singing talent! #CGRESD #OurStory #Peer2peer
